Return Window

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be under "non-final" sale and in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and full instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item — so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized pieces (special orders, bespoke commissions)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be in the same condition received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
